1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 12:00 PM.

3. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM. No loud music or parties are allowed.

4. Damage Reporting: If you accidentally break or damage anything, kindly notify us immediately so we can address it promptly.

5. Car Parking: Only one car is allowed to be parked at your vacation home.

6. No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

7. Candles: Feel free to light candles, but please don’t leave them unattended.

8. Guest Policy: Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays by day visitors require our prior consent.

9. Use of Premises: Our accommodations are intended exclusively for recreational use. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.

10. Furniture: Please keep indoor furniture indoors. Do not move furniture outside or change its location.

11. Before Departure: Please ensure the dishwasher, dustbin, and fridge are emptied before you check out.

12. Energy Consumption: Please refrain from bringing energy-intensive appliances like heaters or tanning beds.

13. Respecting House Rules: We reserve the right to take appropriate action if house rules are not respected. Any associated costs may be charged.

Complaints and Suggestions

Responsibility 

We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from your stay or the use of our facilities. We also cannot be held liable for noise disturbances or other inconveniences caused by third parties. If any facilities become non-operational during your stay, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Supervision  

Please supervise your children at all times and never leave them unattended in the apartment.

Rental Agreement  

The main tenant, whose name appears on the reservation, is responsible for all co-tenants. The rental agreement is personal and cannot be sublet to others. If someone other than the main tenant will be collecting the key, please notify us in advance.
